Very good Was quick and painless!! Nothing changed from what we agreed to online. Steven, my salesman, was just super-nice, Was also shopping at another Lexus dealership in Orange County,,, but these guys were better in my opinion. Evans.-

Excellent - No Pressure I really felt more like a friend or a family member walking in - not like other dealerships I have been to. Very laid back, low key, but very customer service oriented.. David was great. Really was knowledgeable about my used Acura even though he is a Lexus salesperson. The car was great too. Their standards are impeccable, and it really shows.

New RX450 Purchase We live in AZ but chose to purchase the new 2018 RX450hL from South County Lexus. We lived in OC for 20 years so knew the area well. Steven Suh and I communicated via phone and email. We negotiated the price of the vehicle and received a better price than the local AZ dealership was offering. Stellar Salesmanship I can not begin to say how pleased I am with this dealership. Steven Suh was my sale person and was extremely helpful. He was not overbearing just checked in periodically to see if my interests changed or to provide me with inventory updates. He went in early several times to try to lock in a car for me but this is a busy dealership and inventory sells quick. Fantastic service Had a major service completed in a timely manner. There was no pressure to add additional work to the service as they completed the full check of the car.

Ask for Twee at South County Lexus! We just bought a Lexus ES 300h and I have to say we had a great buying experience with Twee. Twee was very easy to deal with with none of that discomfort that usually comes with buying a car. We all appreciated her sales style and upbeat personality.
