Today was the first time I came in here. I was treated like family. Each and every staff member I talked to was caring and helpful. Everything was fully explained and I felt like they truly cared and never acted rushed, but instead gladly answered all my questions. I have never left a review anywhere, but I felt the staff members, as well as the establishment deserved it. Thank you all for your hard work and helping our furry loved ones.
Incredibly caring and compassionate to both our Jake and our family. The staff and doctors took their time to update us, explain all treatment options, and we never felt pressured. We were given a price quote based on the doctor's initial evaluation to help us prepare for payment. We never felt like the money was the most important part of our visit. The doctors showed genuine emotion and sorrow for our Jake's prognosis and final moments. I cannot give enough praise to the staff for helping us through this difficult time. �
Everyone was kind/welcoming and patient. The doctors/staff are very knowledgeable. We have travled many times to see these folks and if our dog needs any other work done we will be back without hesitation.
