Dr Reiss and the staff at SOVS took excellent care of Sullivan even though he got a little snarky being away from home. He's now starting to feel more like his old self which we appreciate so much! Thank you.
I liked that they were very quick and efficent. The assistant and doctor both were thorough and were very nice with my big dog. They did an exam and an ultra sound and were back quickly with results and a solution to a common illness. The exam and ultra sound and urine culture cost me 216$ which I thought was a great price. They do not take American Express, FYI.
Thank you for saving my Jack Russell, Ziggy's life. With a quick diagnosis and same day surgery Ziggy is back to himself and happy again! We are so lucky to have a facility like this in our valley.
Good care. Very nice staff. But very expensive obviously allowing themselves to charge that "urgent care surcharge". Some work flows can be streamlined especially discharge. I understand that given multiple urgencies on a weekend the initial wait time can be long and unpredictable.
Very happy with the help and support given by, not only the vet, but also all the rest of the staff. Got an honest assessment of injury and am very pleased with the results. Thanks!
