They did a great job on Saturday morning when my vet wasn't available. My dog had 2 ear infections and he scratched his cornea. Wait time was fairly short, diagnosis was quick and cleaning and fixing him up with meds and treatment was informative. They were caring and thorough. I appreciate the time they spent with us. I will recommend to everyone. This was our second visit in 7 years and our other visit was great to. ♡♡♡

Thank you Dr. Winters and Vet Tech's that work with her and the 24/7 hour staff for your kindness and comfort to the owners and pets. Dr Winters has excellent knowledge in the specialty area that she covers and will go out of her way to make sure that you understand your pet's diagnosis/as will her Vet Techs. The staff is kind to animals, pays attention to the symptoms you come in with regarding your pet and all is taken into consideration. If your pet is staying overnight the staff is comforting and will check on your pet ... read more

SOVC was very helpful, kind, understanding and compassionate. The Vet explained every option, every diagnosis and gave her opinion. Although the outcome wasn't what we wanted, I would gladly take my other pet here.

My mom brought her puppy (6 or 7 years old actually) in because she thought she was choking, it turned out to be heart failure. The doctors, nurses and all staff we very caring and gave Little Bit her dignity and showed kindness to my mom and daughter. I am grateful and truly impressed with the level of care and thoughtful human beings the hospital has. I cannot say enough and my words cannot express enough how I feel for this place. THANK YOU!

I can't say enough about this place and the people there. They called in a surgeon on New Year's Eve for an emergency surgery that saved my dog's life. The diagnostic work leading up to the surgery and the care since has been excellent. I am given full access to my dog as she is being treated. Everyone is super nice. And they are very up front about cost. They even recommended a hotel nearby that offers discounts to their clients. I am extremely grateful to everyone there and so thankful we have this resource in southern Ore... read more

Great place to take your little loved ones! We had a cat attacked by a dog. The cat had a big gash behind his ear and this place took great care of him!! It was in the middle of the night and the staff was excellent.

I have brought my kitty Maximus in twice for emergencies. Both times he was treated very well. In fact spoiled by the ladies on the staff. He is a ladies man. LOL The only problem I have is they are so expensive that unless I borrow money from family or take a small loan out I cannot take them there. I would of taken him to our regular vet at VCA but it was in the middle of the night and there was no way I would wait. The doctors and staff are great but they need to lower their prices!
