My first experience with you guys was when I called just this morning desperate for some sort of help with my dog after getting the runaround from so many vet places. Literally, I wanted to scream out on the streets "I have money, does anyone want to help my dog!?" You, specifically the receptionist whose name I don't want to spell incorrectly (you know you are), went out of your way to make phone calls and help schedule something as quickly and conveniently as possible.
