I cannot in words express my heartfelt gratitude for all this fantastic Hospital, entire staff, Tashina, all the techs, the ER doctor and the fabulous Dr. Ko have done for my beloved Auggie. He was suddenly unable to Walk on Sunday and was in excruciating pain. Thanks to all of them he has had his surgery for a giant ruptured disc and is on his way to health again. When my dog, Olive, went paralyzed in her back legs I was devestated. I had no idea how to help her, and I felt so lost. When her vet stated that she needed back surgery immediately, I rushed her into Powers Pet Emergency. As we walked into the lobby, dog in hand crying, I was greeted with friendly faces and love, and from there I knew, she was in good hands. The first time that I came in contact with this facility was with my Jake. He was a 9 yr old terrier mix and was having joint issues. His illness progressed very rapidly and we had taken him to his regular vet a day or two before. I called them and they informed me that the vet had just left for home. They advised that I take Jake to the Emergency Hospital. They called ahead and told them that Jake and I were coming and they faxed all of his recent medical records to them.
