I have had the opportunity to go to Powers Emergency 4 times in the last 5 months. Each time I have been greated by the same friendly face as I enter who amazingly remembers my pups. She is thoughtful about why I am there and quickly brings me to a room. Each time I have been there I have seen a variety of vet assistants and Veterinarians. I've sadly spent so much time there that I'm on a first name basis with most of the staff. We have received great care including 3 orthopedic surgeries. One on my 10 yr old mastiff when she broke her leg, she was there 4 days and they were great about me showing up at all hours. They also did a knee surgery on my mastiff and a hip surgery on one of my foster dogs. We've also been there for multiple emergencies including 2 that couldn't be saved but they were wonderfully compassionate.
I wish this place would also accept regular vet visits. Ernie has been here three times and the staff where amazing!
