The lender and his assistants were great help throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions in a very promptly and in a way that's easy to understand.
She answered all my questions right away no matter how dumb they were. She had everything ready quickly and in an organized email with easy steps that I had no issues following.

I did what was asked of me to improve my credit but he did not follow through.
