Alicia was great, this was a long process but it was worth the wait. She worked with me every step of the way. From not making enough to purchase to making enough. She kept me updated with any information and explained to me the process and what was needed.
I switched my lender to southern trust mortgage while i was already under contract for a home. My previous lender was unable to get me approved for the loan because of my credit.
