Seriously, if anyone needs a lender, go to Wes. We had a difficult buying situation and he got it done! Even came by my home for paperwork to make it easier for me when I was busy etc…. He is an upfront, honest person as well. Great personality!!! I wouldn’t waste your time looking for anyone else! Wes is AMAZING!!!!

Brian recently helped my husband and I refinance our home. He made the process as painless as possible and walked us through each step. Himself and his staff were available and willing to help us complete each step to complete the application process. Not sure if it was Covid but this process was totally confusing and pushy especially over electronic devices. We were only given pushy statements to sign paperwork that were time sensitive without information about the paperwork or the process. I would have like to meet with someone on the team to get a better understanding of what to expect and when to expect it.

I am sorry the client felt this way, An extensive Zoom call was done to go over the process, allowing client to ask any questions, and several follow up calls were also done. We are available 24/7. The buyer got EMD fully refunded at closing along with a 2 year home warranty and a 2.375% no points 30 yr fixed rate.
