Not sure if it was Covid but this process was totally confusing and pushy especially over electronic devices. We were only given pushy statements to sign paperwork that were time sensitive without information about the paperwork or the process. I would have like to meet with someone on the team to get a better understanding of what to expect and when to expect it.

I am sorry the client felt this way, An extensive Zoom call was done to go over the process, allowing client to ask any questions, and several follow up calls were also done. We are available 24/7. The buyer got EMD fully refunded at closing along with a 2 year home warranty and a 2.375% no points 30 yr fixed rate. The loan didnt close on time due to the buyer delaying VA appraisal over inspection negotiations. Wes was extremely responsive and was available for any and all questions that I had, no matter how small. I felt very comfortable with the process knowing that we had a knowledgeable point of contact throughout. The other staff I spoke with at Southern Trust (Meg and Katie) were also very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend Southern Trust to anyone buying in the Virginia Beach area based on my experience.
