Wes was extremely responsive and was available for any and all questions that I had, no matter how small. I felt very comfortable with the process knowing that we had a knowledgeable point of contact throughout. The other staff I spoke with at Southern Trust (Meg and Katie) were also very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend Southern Trust to anyone buying in the Virginia Beach area based on my experience.

Wes Flowers is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy man. He has proven to me to have integrity and compassion when no one is looking. Maybe southern trust mortgage should have the logo “you’re in good hands”. Wes handled two home purchases for me in the last 8 years, we have to say we are completely satisfied above and beyond. Brian was fantastic throughout the entire process. He answered allllll of our questions, and boy did we have a lot. He also went above and beyond, as to when he did not have the answer, he reached out to his network to make sure our concerns were kept at bay. The entire process was smooth, and Brian gave us a competitive rate. I highly recommend going with Brian for your lender needs.

Alicia Harkowa was an amazing Loan Officer. She is professional, knowledgable, and efficient. Alicia assisted with he purchase of my 3rd home and was able to get the loan closed in record time after I had major issues with another lender. I can honestly say that she is by far the best Loan Officer that I have worked with. I will be using Alicia for my future property purchases and highly recommend her if you want to experience a seamless loan process.
