Brian was fantastic throughout the entire process. He answered allllll of our questions, and boy did we have a lot. He also went above and beyond, as to when he did not have the answer, he reached out to his network to make sure our concerns were kept at bay. Alicia Harkowa was an amazing Loan Officer. She is professional, knowledgable, and efficient. Alicia assisted with he purchase of my 3rd home and was able to get the loan closed in record time after I had major issues with another lender. I can honestly say that she is by far the best Loan Officer that I have worked with. We first reached out to Brian just to see if refinancing was what we wanted to do. He responded within a few minutes and by the end of the day he called us with exact figures, gave us his recommendation and then he immediately began working on what we decided to do. He was in contact with us daily and made the entire process easy and convenient. We were able to do everything online. Fantastic experience!

Brian provided exceptional and timely service. The procedure for submission of required documents was very straightforward and easy to follow on the website that was set up for processing the refinance application.
