Mr. Picker was responsive and helpful at every step of the process from start to finish. The wickets associated with obtaining a mortgage can be varied and challenging. As a novice to the homebuying process Mr. Picker was always there to answer my questions and worked hand-in-hand with my agent to help ensure my offer was successful and secure the best interest rate.

Brian provided exceptional and timely service. The procedure for submission of required documents was very straightforward and easy to follow on the website that was set up for processing the refinance application. Brian was very responsive to any inquiries or questions. He kept us informed throughout the process. Tony was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He made the process of buying a house extremely easy even with all of the expected anxiety of buying in such a competitive market.
