Abby helped me greatly with moving to Fayetteville. We were on a time crunch from day one and knew what we wanted and she was there every step of the way. She called me daily with feedback and was in constant communication and even came to closing. Abby went above and beyond and when things looked questionable she had an answer. Alicia gets the job done and she does it with expertise. She was very helpful during my home search. I'm big on customer service, treating people with kindness and one having the knowledge to act on behalf of the best interest of the customer. I think Brian has proven to show the above while also highlighting his added value. I've worked with this lender on several occasions without a hitch (knock on wood). I'd definently recommend Brian if you're in the market as a first time buyer, 2nd/Investment home purchase, or refinance.
