I had a great experience working with Alicia and her team while finding a house to buy. She was there for me the entire time, it took over 7 months to find a house so I really appreciated all of the information she gave me along the way. I must have submitted over 20 requested for information on houses I was going to bid on and she gave me a preapproval letter every single time, most of the time she replied within minutes! My wife and I definitely shopped around, looking into a variety of mortage lending options. The simple fact is: no one came close to Brian when came to quick, informative and easy interactions at ALL stages of the lending process. If we had a question at 11pm on a week night, we could email Brian and he would call us back immediately. Same with weekends. My husband and I have utilized Mr. Picker twice and each experience has been wonderful! Most recently, we refinanced our home and Mr. Picker made the process easy and seamless. He was available to answer all of our questions and responded quickly. The interest rate that we received was excellent.
