I'm big on customer service, treating people with kindness and one having the knowledge to act on behalf of the best interest of the customer. I think Brian has proven to show the above while also highlighting his added value. I've worked with this lender on several occasions without a hitch (knock on wood). I'd definently recommend Brian if you're in the market as a first time buyer, 2nd/Investment home purchase, or refinance.

Overall, Brian was absolutely amazing through the whole process- pre approval, home searching, and creating the loan. I reached out to Brian around October of 2020. At that time, I was going to be a first time home buyer who had recently graduated from college and had only been working for 8 months. From the start we greatly enjoyed working with Brian. We are first time homebuyers and he explained the mortgage process to us in detail, finding ways to structure the loan to lower the interest rate and communicating the breakdown of all associated closing costs so there were no surprises. Even during the pandemic Southern Trust Mortgage was able to provide exceptional customer service at a personal level. Everyone involved with the process was professional and technically proficient. Jake and team were able to work within a narrow window for an expeditious closing timeline. They made the home buying experience extremely pleasant.

The team at Southern Trust Mortgage is amazing! When my Realtor first referred my wife and I to Jake, we were coming out of a deal we had lost due to doing business with a bad mortgage company.
