I can’t say enough about Brian & using him as our lender. He stayed in touch throughout the entire process, even when we were at a lull in the building of the home. Any questions I had were quickly answered & any issues that arose (not in his part, but the builders) were taken care of without having any panic set in. I would recommend him to anyone. He has been my mortgage lender for 3 homes so far & each time the process is quick & flawless.

I am a first time home buyer. I wasn’t going to be one because I didn’t want to have to deal with a hostile sellers market. I had seen houses go under contract and then back on the market 2 weeks later. Everything needed was explained and completed in a amazingly fast time. Nic, has handled 3 transactions for us and I'd recommend him to everyone.
