As a borrow, I did little amount of work to apply for loan. Most of work is credited to Jake and Tiffany. I am pleased by the Tiffany's responses to my questions that were fully informative, easily understood, and timely. Via use of today's technology, I did not need to travel. I was able to communicate and provide the information to Tiffany via e-mail which was very convient.

Jessica was wonderful to us, through the entire process of purchasing our first house. We had so many questions, and she was able to answer all of them. She was professional, honest, and timely, and even communicated with us during her vacation time. She really worked for us. Overall, we were very pleased with our home buying experience and would recommend Jessica to anyone in Southern Maryland who is looking to buy.

I can not recommend Southern Trust Mortgage and Adam Backes enough! I am so happy we went with him and his team (Amy and Lisa) as they put 110% into getting us our home loan. Our original closing date was 10/26 and we were clear to close slightly before that date however there were several hiccups along the way that set us back. I truly would like to thank Alicia Harkowa for jumping in and saving our loan at the last minute. Alicia is always going beyond the call of duty to insure our first time homeowner has a seamless transaction. I made the call to Alicia on 11/25 /2020 and my borrower applied and summitted all required documents by 11/30. Our loan file was approved within 24 hrs and final clear to close was 4 days before closing. Alicia deserve a 10 she is extraordinary .

Not only was she beyond amazing when we were buying our home and made everthing smooth and beyond expectations; when we were doing a sell by owner of our other home and recommended her to our friend purchasing our home she knocked it out of the park. She went well above and beyond and made it one of the smoothest transactions I had ever done. Highly recommend!!

Jessica was a major asset in n our home buying experience. She truly went above and beyond in assisting us every step of the way. It was our first time buying a home so we had no experience and very little knowledge in doing so. Jessica was patient and thorough in explaining and helping us understand everything we were doing. To put it bluntly anyone who doesn’t seek out this wonderful individual is insane!!!!!!

Tony did an amazing job working with me on getting my loan. While some companies would have outright rejected you with some oversimplified answers or locked you into a ridiculously high interest rate, Tony worked with me and provided me with realistic ways to get my credit healthy enough to get the right loan for me. It took some time to get what I needed instead of what I wanted, but Tony and his team did things the right way. Thank you Tony, it was a pleasure working with you!

Perfectly simple loan and home purchase process. Tate and Brandi worked quickly, were responsive to questions and concerns. Give them required paperwork and let them do their job....they do it well.
