Jake and his team were so great to work with as my husband I purchased our first home. He took the time to explain the entire process with us and walk us through all the numbers. Due to Covid we had changing salaries through 2020 and with each change he immediately called or emailed us to let us know the new preapprovals. Jakes assistant Tiffany was extremely patient and kind with each email we sent and phone call we made with confusion and an (occasional) laundry list of questions.
