Jessica really looks out for your best interest in the long run, I mean this is 30 years we are talking about! She got us the absolute best rates and was on top of everything, she basically ran the whole show! Her response time is instant and she was ALWAYS available, even when she was on vacation!! We could not of been more pleased when working with her. SHES AWESOME!

It was our first home buying experience. We have heard terrible stories from some of our friends and was not sure how it would go. We have not ONE complaint. Jessica was very knowledgeable and patient with us. She sets the standard. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone of my friends or family members. Top notch service. My initial encounter with Nic was a Saturday afternoon in September and after a short conversation he had the ball rolling which enabled us to have the paperwork we needed to be able to make an offer on the home we just had settlement on.

I would highly recommend Nic Gills and his staff at Southern Trust Mortgage Company. He more than met my needs in obtaining my home loan and at the best and I do mean best percentage rate. Nic and his staff helped make the process of obtaining the loan seamless, ensuring every detail was tended to. They are both professional as well as caring to meet the clients (me) needs. Jessica Courtney was a caring, experienced, prompt, honest and hard working lender! She got us the lowest interest rate available and made it a smooth quick process for us! We were able to put down a low down payment for our conventional loan which another lender said we didn’t qualify to do that. That not work for us, Jessica Courtney got us our dream home with that low down payment. She would stay on top everyday waiting and searching for the lowest interest to lock us in!
