Jake was wonderful. He and his team were efficient, knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, pleasant, and very easy to communicate with. Jake was very personable and made me feel very comfortable . The process was scary for me and Jake made me feel very safe. I highly recommend him and if I had to do it all over again, I would still choose him.

As a real estate agent I've worked with Nic for years and he has always provided superb service. However I recently had the pleasure of working with him on the other side of things, as the borrower and I can confirm just how great he is from that side of things as well. Whether this is your first or 527 time buying a house I STRONGLY recommend issuing Jess. She has the 3 Ps everyone needs: Professional, Pleasant, Probably the best at her job. Any question I had she was quick to answer or get me the advice I needed to move the process along as smooth as possible without any issues. This was my first time buying a house and I had so many questions. Alicia was very very helpful throughout the whole process! The numerous phone calls, texts any time of the day she always helped me. She took her time and explained the whole process about three times to me. I would highly recommend Alicia to anyone who is looking to purchase a house! I am 100% truly satisfied with Alicia. Jessica really looks out for your best interest in the long run, I mean this is 30 years we are talking about! She got us the absolute best rates and was on top of everything, she basically ran the whole show! Her response time is instant and she was ALWAYS available, even when she was on vacation!! We could not of been more pleased when working with her. SHES AWESOME!

It was our first home buying experience. We have heard terrible stories from some of our friends and was not sure how it would go. We have not ONE complaint. Jessica was very knowledgeable and patient with us. She sets the standard. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone of my friends or family members. Top notch service.
