Alicia was great to work with! I had 1 million questions through the entire process in which Alicia took her time to ensure all of them were answered. She did everything possible to ensure all of my settlement documents were completed on time. Alicia truly went above and beyond for myself and my friend on our new home purchase. Jake and Tiffany were incredible to work with! We submitted an offer very last-minute, and Jake stayed on the phone with us well into the night to walk us through everything and to ensure we had our pre-qualification. We had a ton of questions as first-time home buyers, but Jake was so responsive that we never felt in the dark at any step of the process. Our emails -- no matter how small -- were often answered within an hour!

I've been out of the home buying market for quite some time and purchasing again all these years later was an ordeal. However, from the financial aspect, Ms Harkowa was a gem.
