Excellent and fast communication, and he takes the time to clearly explain your options and how the process works. Our recent refi was completely seamless and easy, and Brian kept us informed and up-to-date along the way. He’s been in the industry for many years and knows how to take care of his customers.

We couldn't recommend Brian more highly! We worked with him when we purchased our home as well as when we later refinanced. On both occasions, Brian was responsive, professional and patient with all of our questions. We have since recommended him to other friends and will work with him in the future, whenever we happen to have financing needs. There are rare few professionals like Brian, in our experience and we are lucky that our realtor referred us to him.

Alicia was great to work with! I had 1 million questions through the entire process in which Alicia took her time to ensure all of them were answered. Jake and Tiffany were incredible to work with! We submitted an offer very last-minute, and Jake stayed on the phone with us well into the night to walk us through everything and to ensure we had our pre-qualification. We had a ton of questions as first-time home buyers, but Jake was so responsive that we never felt in the dark at any step of the process. Our emails -- no matter how small -- were often answered within an hour!
