Brian had helped us with a refinance years ago, and I remembered the great service I received from him then, so I gave him a call. Alicia was listed as one of the preferred lenders by my builder. After our first conversation, I knew Alicia would be the person I wanted to work with. She provided me with various loan options which would work best for me. Alicia was always available to answer all of my questions. My settlement process was extremely smooth and efficient!
