It was a great experience working with Brian Picker. This is the third time now, and he was always on top of everything and made sure the process went smoothly. Brian was always available and answered any questions or concerns we had. We would highly recommend for mortgage or refinance.
We initially didn’t think we’d be able to buy our home, but Brian found a way to make it happen! Brian is extremely easy to communicate with and worked well with us and our realtors. This is the second home he helped us purchase and we couldn’t be happier.
Brian Picker was a pleasure to work with. He talked me through every step of the process and answered all of my questions. It made buying a home a much less stressful process. He even helped me push up my closing date by a week since the previous owners had already moved out. I highly recommend!
Courtland was incredible. He worked extremely hard. He worked after 5pm. On the weekends. He never ever sounded upset about doing it. His goal was to get it done and he did great. Everything went perfect at closing and was just great to work with. All around professional. I would recommend Courtland to my family thats how good he was!
