We initially didn’t think we’d be able to buy our home, but Brian found a way to make it happen! Brian is extremely easy to communicate with and worked well with us and our realtors. This is the second home he helped us purchase and we couldn’t be happier.

Brian Picker was a pleasure to work with. He talked me through every step of the process and answered all of my questions. It made buying a home a much less stressful process. He even helped me push up my closing date by a week since the previous owners had already moved out. I highly recommend!

Courtland was incredible. He worked extremely hard. He worked after 5pm. On the weekends. He never ever sounded upset about doing it. His goal was to get it done and he did great. Everything went perfect at closing and was just great to work with. All around professional. I would recommend Courtland to my family thats how good he was!

We had worked with Brian for quite some time, just as the pandemic started. The market fluctuated so drastically and home prices went though the roof.
