Brian and his team were always there if we had questions during the home buying process. They were quick to respond and flexible with our timeframe. They also worked very well with our agent and made the entire daunting ordeal a bit less daunting, and dare I say a bit easy. The SMT app was also a great tool that allowed for easy uploads of documents and gave you a check list which was very helpful. Could not recommend enough!

We used Brian for our first house in VA and were so happy with his service that he was the first person I called when we decided to move to PA. I am fairly demanding and seek a high degree of communication. Adam was great to work with! We began working with him 6 months ago, and never had to question what was going on because he always communicated. He walked us through each step and kept us in the loop on every single detail! I'd recommend him to anyone in the market! His entire team was on every little detail and got us a WAY lower rate than any other lender.
