This was the second purchase in Southern Maryland for which we used Southern Trust Mortgage. Adam and his team were very professional, responsive, and aware of the myriad needs of a military family moving across the country. Adam was very patient with all of my ridiculous questions, continually updated both my family and our team of realtors, and made things happen quickly. Brian was very professional and extremely helpful throughout the process. He was very quick to respond to questions and made the process easy to navigate. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable with and understood ware we were in the process.
I enjoyed working with Brian and Southern Trust Mortgage. They were always good about following up and advising of upcoming tasks. The online portal and docusign functions made the process fairly easy.
Brian and his team were always there if we had questions during the home buying process. They were quick to respond and flexible with our timeframe. They also worked very well with our agent and made the entire daunting ordeal a bit less daunting, and dare I say a bit easy. The SMT app was also a great tool that allowed for easy uploads of documents and gave you a check list which was very helpful. Could not recommend enough!
We used Brian for our first house in VA and were so happy with his service that he was the first person I called when we decided to move to PA. Brian was able to find us a very competitive rate and patiently worked with us, explaining the changing market conditions and the different options to get us exactly what we wanted for a complex real estate transaction. He gave us numerous scenarios and was always responsive to our many questions.
Brian and the Southern Trust Mortgage team were great to work with! They made the entire process so simple for us as first time home buyers. Adam was great to work with! We began working with him 6 months ago, and never had to question what was going on because he always communicated. He walked us through each step and kept us in the loop on every single detail! I'd recommend him to anyone in the market! His entire team was on every little detail and got us a WAY lower rate than any other lender.
