Over a span of 20+ years this is the 3rd or 4th time I've worked with Margaret on a home loan. She's very thorough, explains in detail if asked, specifics about the process so you truly understand the timing and financials. She and the team she works with turned around our loan for a September '23 purchase in a very short time which we believe helped us get the seller to agree to our offer. She is rarely "off the clock" and that is a plus especially during this crazy market.

But seriously look no further, Chelsea is your girl 100%! She is responsive, prompt, and looks out for your best interest when it comes to your loan! My husband and I went through the smoothest process (and might i add quickest) ever with her as our lender and I would recommend her for any and all loan needs. My fiancé and I just bought our first home with a lot of help and support from Patrick and his team! We worked mainly with Emily, and she was awesome! Working with this team put a lot of our worries to ease. They are all hard working, kind, knowledgeable and honest. Emily, Sarah and Patrick stayed on top of what needed to be done. They communicated effectively and in a manner that’s easy to understand. I highly recommend working with Patrick and his team.

For several years we had been considering a beach home and when one finally popped up we were referred to Tate. He guided us through the process remotely, and helped make sure absolutely everything went as smoothly as possible. Communication was always immediate, spot on and clear in what we needed to do and what we could expect. Tate made the process much simpler than expected and everything went smoothly.
