Ms. Templeton was outstanding! She helped us through every step of the loan process and was always available day, night, and weekends! She is also extremely thoughtful. On the day of our closing she came and brought flowers for our new house. I definitely recommend her and will use her again!

My husband and I had a very unique financial situation which made our loan process difficult, but James put in the effort and knowledge to be able to get us approved for our dream home. He never made us feel like a burden, always answered calls or emails and made sure we felt comfortable. Brian was a pleasure to work with. He responded within minutes to all our inquiries and helped us navigate the home buying process quickly and easily. Though the home we wanted was not originally VA loan approved, he and his team worked with the builder to navigate that process. What could have been a stressful experience was made super easy by him and his team and we were ready to close long before our set closing date!
