Brian helped make the process smooth and easy. He explain the steps that were going to be needed. I was able to complete the process online, except the final signing. He did not send extra emails.
I was a first-time homebuyer who needed a lot of explanation and hand-holding throughout the home loan process. My partner also had a complicated financial background (self-employed) which certainly wasn’t straightforward. Ms. Templeton was outstanding! She helped us through every step of the loan process and was always available day, night, and weekends! She is also extremely thoughtful. On the day of our closing she came and brought flowers for our new house. I definitely recommend her and will use her again!

My husband and I had a very unique financial situation which made our loan process difficult, but James put in the effort and knowledge to be able to get us approved for our dream home. He never made us feel like a burden, always answered calls or emails and made sure we felt comfortable. Anyone looking to purchase a home should go with James, he does all the underwriting up front to be sure there are no surprises in the end. James made this stressful process much more enjoyable.
Courtland made this refinance quick and easy. We ended up even closing a few days early. We had a complex situation being that this was an investment property and self employed income. Everything went smooth. Will use Courtland again on the next one!
