Scott was great! My situation was rather complicated and difficult so it took nine months to complete my mortgage refinance, but Scott was patiently there throughout the entire process. He was extremely easy to work with and was always very supportive. In the end, he went the extra mile to get me the best deal, even after interest rates began to rise.

My Husband and I first applied for a loan in 2012/2013, when we didn't qualify Tim provided us with very helpful information to get us to the approval process. He was great.Very professional wich is so important for that kind of job because we had one issue with another lender. And he just could'n see any solution for that. I'm glad my dad told me about Don, as a first home buyer I didn't know what to expect. He took the time to explain everything so I understood, completed everything through email. Don had grant money put back, and I qualified for it. When I went to close on my loan I didn't have to pay a cent out of pocket.Don explained everything so well and when I started my loan application with him in October 16 we closed December 16 would of been sooner if sellers realtor wouldn't of took so long to get docs signed.
