Tim was a great lender from the beginning, all the way to the closing! He is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He was always very prompt in returning both my calls and emails, and answered all my questions throughout the process to make me feel at ease during my stressful process both as the seller and as a homebuyer! Trust me when I say you are in good hands if you use Tim as your lender!!

Chris was amazing! He stayed in touch and followed my progress for about 9 months until i was ready to purchase. I didn't have an easy package but he and his team kept pushing and got me closed in less than 30 days! Thanks for everything chris!

Thank you to Tim Loss and everyone I worked with at Southern Trust Mortgage. As a 1099 employee I was very concerned that I wouldn't get through the process but Tim was super responsive, had answers to any and all questions and got me through the lending process relatively unscathed. I can't say enough about how great he and his team were to work with. I highly recommend working with him.

As first time homebuyers we were clueless. Holly took 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon explaining loans and how they work to us before she even asked for our socials. That was big for us. During everything she kept us informed and we felt like we knew exactly what to expect.

Jake was recommended to us by a friend, and we now know why! He was extremely helpful from the very start of our search through closing. As first-time homebuyers, we had a ton of questions and he was able to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. The DC market is fast-paced and Jake was always available and quick to respond to both us and our agent. Not only was he great to work with, but after comparing loan options with multiple lenders, Jake had the best interest rate for a low credit score.

Brian has been great throughout the entire process, from the application to closing. He was available during lunch, after work hours and even weekends. He was always there when we had a question. He explained the process in advance so there was no surprises along the way. If you want an agent who truerly cares to make the loan process easy for you, Brian is your guy!
