As first time homebuyers we were clueless. Holly took 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon explaining loans and how they work to us before she even asked for our socials. That was big for us. During everything she kept us informed and we felt like we knew exactly what to expect.

Jake was recommended to us by a friend, and we now know why! He was extremely helpful from the very start of our search through closing. As first-time homebuyers, we had a ton of questions and he was able to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. The DC market is fast-paced and Jake was always available and quick to respond to both us and our agent. Not only was he great to work with, but after comparing loan options with multiple lenders, Jake had the best interest rate for a low credit score.

Brian has been great throughout the entire process, from the application to closing. He was available during lunch, after work hours and even weekends. He was always there when we had a question. Tim is a very knowledgeable loan officer. He demonstrates humility as well. If he doesn't know, he'll tell you instead of feeding you a line and always gets back immediately. He's possesses outstanding communication skills and is a consummate professional. He is a rare example of someone whose passion for his profession projects into his client relationship. There was nothing that Chris could have done better, literally, and i am big with criticizing! The experience was flawless, there was no such a thing as "business hours" as Chris was picking up the phone and answering emails within minutes event at 11pm!
