There was nothing that Chris could have done better, literally, and i am big with criticizing! The experience was flawless, there was no such a thing as "business hours" as Chris was picking up the phone and answering emails within minutes event at 11pm! I highly recommend Chris and will be recommending him to all my friends planning on buying a home! Thank you Chris!

Our situation was tricky; but Brian did a great job of sorting out the non-traditional issues we had to work thru, was able to communicate our needs to his lender and at the same time keep us apprised of what was happening. We are fairly sophisticated people, but have having Brian working the process was a very good thing. Tim Sisson is an exceptional loan officer that is honest, professional and his response time on questions is astonishing. My wife and I were first time home buyers and we purchased a short sale home. Tim made the process easy, which is hard to do with the short sale process. We wouldn't have it any other way but to call Tim Sisson our loan officer for life!

I would recommend Brian as he got us a great rate and explained all of the options to us so we could choose the one that fit best our plans. Once he understood how long we planned to stay in our home, we were able to choose a mortgage that worked for us.

Scott was great! My situation was rather complicated and difficult so it took nine months to complete my mortgage refinance, but Scott was patiently there throughout the entire process. He was extremely easy to work with and was always very supportive. In the end, he went the extra mile to get me the best deal, even after interest rates began to rise.
