We recently worked with Tim and his team on the purchase of a new home. The process was so smooth, we thought something was wrong. Tim would follow up with us on a consistent basis, and assured us that everything was going as planned. We have owned 5 homes and this was the easiest process by far. I would highly recommend him!!

I had 2 foreclosures because of a divorce 3 years ago. I had a contract on a house and a closing date when the mortgage broker informed me the the FHA would not fund the loan until April of next year. The FHA had the wrong date and he was unable to correct it. I called Chris and he went to work for me. Within 2 weeks he got me approved for the maximum amount that the FHA will loan. 3 weeks after that I closed on my dream home. Chris is the best bar none.

We were very satisfied with the service that Tim provided. He communicated to us every step along the way and did everything he possibly could to make the financing of our new home go smoothly - and it did! We were never in the dark about where things stood - he was able to get our closing done faster than promised. Brian offered several options to help us achieve our financial objective and clearly explained the pros and cons of each option. He responded promptly to any questions we had throughout the process of refinancing our home. He has helped us in the past and we will seek his advice and help for future lending needs.

Chris and his team worked so hard to close my loan with two weeks, which was a record, esp. the condo I purchased was a non-warrantable one which required either a special channel to get the loan (very expensive) or an exception from Fannie Mae (longer process and more documentations involved). Chris and his team were always accessible and managed to close it successfully in such a short time. Tim was a great lender from the beginning, all the way to the closing! He is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He was always very prompt in returning both my calls and emails, and answered all my questions throughout the process to make me feel at ease during my stressful process both as the seller and as a homebuyer!
