Great experience with Tab Lunsford the service consultant. Also appreciate the help from the receptionist as well as the courtesy driver.

Tab Lunsford was excellent and helped me get the service I needed.
Too expensive.they tell you $69 for an oil change and ended up paying @ $80. The techs are good but not the prices.

For the most part, the experience was very good. The gravel guard was coming off of my daughter's HRV. I took it the rest of the way off and took it to the dealership to be replaced. They put on a new one instead of replacing the old one, but I didn't specifically ask them to use the old one in the cargo area. They might not have looked and assumed the old one came off.
Friendly staff from the moment I stepped into the service area. Very helpful, efficient. Helped me get the recalls done that were very overdue. Helped me with oil change, et al, while i was there.
