service very efficient quick oil change and the 49.00 special was appreciated Recommendations were reviewed and if I had plenty of disposable income and time I would have remained there for the pads, rotors, and a caliper ( approx 1500 ) but I bought the pads for front and back, rotors, for the back for 260 and the caliper was able to be repaired and work was done in 1 1/2 hours so in this case I could not justify paying you an extra 1100-1200 dollars
Charlie came in on his day off to handle my service. It was a big one. Always polite, professional and helpful. This is my seventh Honda and I only service with the dealerships- This is my favorite dealer. (And not the one I purchased it from, but they treat me like I did!)
