Staff are amazing. The problem was with the design of the auto start system. It seems to run as designed, just not sure how 10 seconds auto stop is sufficient for issues of climate change.

The windshield wiper motor quit working and I had to have a new one. The service department didn't have one in stock so it had to be ordered. The windshield wiper motor was in house the next morning and was installed in about an hour. The customer service provided by May and service technician who installed the windshield wiper motor exceeded my expectations. The facility was clean and well maintained. Thank you Southpoint Honda team.
