I liked the quick and courteous service that was provided by Ms. Emily Avalos.
The rep with whom I interacted (Rachel Webb) was very polite and professional, kept me up to date while my vehicle was being serviced, and informed me what manager to see about a separate question that I had.
I liked how the service person was so patient and thorough about going over the service needs that I would be required to take care of.
