I service experience at South Point Honda has been Very Good
The service was very good, and the service person was excellent. However, what was to be just the annual inspection turned out to be over $400. They also recommended a service that would cost about $350.00, but upon some research and consultation with experts, I learned that this service isn't necessary, and that it can basically be done for about $25. I have had good service with Southpoint Honda, but as with all service dealers, I am wary of their trying to sell unnecessary services at outrageous prices.

I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early and was able to check in. After an inspection of my car, I was sent an email detailing additional service needed. None of the items were a surprise to me. The car was ready 30 minutes earlier than projected by the service representative.
Good customer service. Took care of car quickly even in a busy Saturday.
