Randy offered timely service without trying to over sell as customers are usually treated at dealerships. I won't ever use this dealership without working directly with Randy.
Just purchased new tires & alignment 3 weeks earlier. Hard sell from them to align the tires, instead of suggesting we go back to the company who aligned the wheels & ask them to recheck the alignment, which we did & wheels are aligned properly. This could've been an extra cost at the dealership that I did not have to bear. After running my car through their carwash, it had soap spots all over it. I took it to a local carwash
