Quick and very organized.. nice area to wait for your car.. i love my service manager Oscar. He helped me save money and get discounts. He also pointed out the needed service recommendations and helped me prioritize from the urgent to less urgent ones so i don't spend so much money all at once. Highly recommended because of my service manger. Very thorough and friendly. He also gave me updates regularly while i was waiting for my car.
Our needs were a bit complex since we had under car damage and insurance was involved. Derek went above and beyond to manage all needs. He even responded while on vacation.
Mr. Joseph Defrancesco was my service advisor. He did a great job answering any questions that I had and made certain that all work was performed to my satisfaction. At the conclusion, he even had the car washed for me.
