Didn't like the lack of communication between departments. I was asked to stay after my repairs and talk with someone about perhaps trading in my car for another vehicle. When I did so the person I spoke with seemed to have no idea what I was talking about and expressed a little interest so I left. Also wish someone had specifically walked through the service plan for the day. Had they done so I may have been able to catch a miscommunication and avoided having to schedule another appointment.
