Excellent service and staff that was very helpful
Good service, friendly people
This was a simple routine service, and it was completed quickly. Ayecha was very pleasant and efficient. I was not happy that I had the air tire pressure warning on as I drove away, and the technicians did not reset the system after completing the work. I don't expect to have to go online or refer to the manual to try to get things right after servicing, when they could have reset it quickly.
The service tech and mechanic were very communicative and explained about the services needed. The tech also worked with her manager to decrease the overall cost. It took quite a bit of time, but there was a bit of work involved.

Service advisor May Ayecha was amazing. She listened to all my concerns and ensured that the technicians address those. She even test drove my car to ensure that issues are resolved satisfactorily.
It's good and staff also approachable
My service advisor Sean was wonderful. He maintained excellent communication and kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle.
