I'm a native Native Austinite. 40 years having pets and have I have never experienced this level of care, compassion, expertise and attention in a vet clinic. Dr. Singleton clearly knows the importance of hiring just the right vets, techs And staff to truly make you feel like you and your pet are the most special in the room. My pup has been the three vets throughout his life (he is about 2.5y/o) as we have moved around Austin. This is the best one I have been to. It is also the only veterinarian office that has let me go in with him since COVID. My pup is very anxious at the vet, and they are wonderful with him. The front desk is professional and friendly. Vets are amazing at explaining concepts in simple language. They do 'baby-splain' basic concepts, which feels a little demeaning at times (especially as a nurse), but I understand not everyone... read more
While we received a sad prognosis regarding our beloved dog, the staff at SW Vet delivered the news with patience and expertise. Dr. Singleton took time out of his already busy day to work us in and spent extra time explaining it all; while Hannah, the vet tech, occupied my 2 year old so I could listen. Such wonderful care from a thoughtful team during a difficult time.

Dr. Montana took care of our sweet Abigail in her last days. They were so kind and caring thru her transition to heaven. We will be returning with the other pups! My only slight complaint is that they can't do overnight but the excellent care definitely makes up for it

First of all I would like to personally thank everyone who was involved in my dogs surgery to remove his bladder stones and neutering. Winston being a Bulldog has a special need for attention while under anesthesia and the team at SW Vet did amazing. If it wasn't for the expertise of Dr. Glowski, I Don't think he would of made it. Winston was having trouble urinating for a month and the other vet I took him to assured me it was just his prostate. That was absolutely incorrect. We are new to area; dog split a claw. Such a nice environment and very professional. Yes, we have a new Vet and Vetinary services. I really felt they cared and treated my dog with kindness and concern. We love our dog, and keeping him healthy is a priority. Thank you for fitting us in and spending time to help our guy.

A piece of mind is priceless when it comes to a loved one or in this case our furry bestie, Coco. With warm smiles we were welcomed by Danika the gorgeous(aka Scarlett Johansson's stand-in) who's patience and kindness was like nun other. Dr. Singleton is great! His knowledge is extensive. Since my pet has a chronic illness that is unpredictable, he wrote a chart that tells me if my pet is nauseous or in pain and what medicines to give my pet. The chart has been invaluable in helping my pet's quality of life.

My dog enjoys going places and meeting people and such was the case at her first ever visit to a Veterinarian clinic up in Cedar Park. However; following a certain routine examination and more specialized examinations, she has developed a slight fear and wariness when at the vet clinic.
