This is a wonderful clinic. I went fishing shortly after moving here in 2005. My dog accompanied me. I had no idea what salmon poisoning was or how dangerous it could be for my dog. A couple days later, she started getting lethargic and vomiting. I was panicking. Rushed her off to the first clinic I could find that was open and it was this place. Wonderful clinic. Very knowledgeable and caring. Treated me as a human being instead of an inconvenience or stupid pet owner, and gave my pets lots of care and respect. They are a bit of a drive from my house, but I won't trust my pets anywhere else!

This is an A class facility for animals. As well as people. While caring for your precious pet, they are quite in tune to the people's feelings too. Recently we had an urgent situation with our 11 year old dachshund and were told to come right in. Unfortunately it was an end of life for our baby girl, however, she was treated with tenderness and caring, as were we, her parents. Spanaway Vet Clinic was great. I had an urgent concern with our Lab Hunter on Saturday- his normal vet wouldn't fit him in so I called Spanaway Vet. They said they didn't have any openings- but come down and we will fit you in. Within 5 minutes Dr. Wright seen Hunter. Unfortunately Our Hunter had to be put down because of a prostate tumor. Dr. Wright was so sweet and compassionate through explaining our options. All of the staff was so nice and kind through our loss.
