Do NOT use this clinic for International pet travel. They charged $816 to give an international travel consultation and provide health certificates for 3 animals. We did not receive our health certificates on time and had to cancel flight plans that cost over $1800 before the additional $105 pet fees. RecommendedOriginal review We brought our indoor cat to this clinic for an appointment yesterday. This morning, we noticed that he has fleas. Before the visit, we had not observed any fleas or excessive scratching, and we even inspected our cat with a flea comb prior to his appointment. We understand that fleas can attach to clothing and be carried into our home after visiting a flea-infested area or spending time with a pet that has fleas. I'm shipping a puppy to Michigan. I paid for a health certificate, and needed a certificate of acclimatization, due to the fact that the puppy would be outside for a time before and after the flight. The veterinarian would not sign this, under 45 degrees, but they were happy to take my money. Over $250 for health certificate, shots, and fees, but I can't fly the pup because they won't sign a certificate saying the dog lives outside....
