I had been a client for many years, Until last week when I called with a true emergency with my Doberman who needed to be seen and was told to call other vets as you were closing in a hour in a half! Needless to say when I got her to the vet she was in critical condition and spent 3 nights in the hospital. Obviously going home on time is more important than seeing clients that needed help! Shame on you!

Neglecting to see my dog for a follow up after you gave her shots and did not diagnose congestive heart failure... which her new vet said was visible... my dog had to be put down a week after you people saw her and ignored her a revisit. Never go to Spanaway Vet!

When people try to do right thing (I have rescued cats now for 21 years... with a few year break), The cost for spay and neuter should not be so prohibitive that it discourages you from doing so again. These two kittens were an inch away from ditch bait. I get that spay is more expensive and I was told the prices of spay and neuter before I brought them in. And knew there would be a vaccine fee. The doctors are amazing ! The front office staff is hit and miss. There is one person that is very unhelpful every time we call and do not feel they like pets. We are switching clinics because we are not happy with the customer service o f the front office.

I have 5 cats and one dog. One of my cats needed dialysis. I usually drive to Federal Way from Spanaway for my vet. My husband had been after me to find a vet closer to the house. This being 10 minutes away, I walked in (before the Covid shutdown) to inquire about price and availability for my cat. The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude! Normally I take my Guinea pigs to another exotics vet in the area but due to COVID they are now closed on the weekends. I found that Spanaway Vet was open weekends and booked an appointment online. When I arrived, I called in and got a busy tone. I kept trying and trying and again, busy tone each time I called in. Finally got through and was placed on hold. NEVER... they do not care about your family/pets.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE WITH YOUR PRECIOUS ANIMALS!!!! I called about my cat after she had a surgical procedure done in their clinic. I tried for a week to find different ideas to help my cat recover from this procedure. I call and speak to Cameron. He tells me they are very busy so the doctor will get back to me not till after 6pm today or tomorrow morning. I felt that was very unreasonable and he told me that my cat was obviously not that important to me otherwise I would have called sooner!
The front desk ladies need to be more RESPECTFUL. Every time I've called they have sighed at me and they seem to be doing me a HUGE favor by even speaking to me. I'M SORRY I AM GIVING YOU BUSINESS because I will no longer be!
