My husband and I bought a Toyota Rav 4 on 6/30/17. Love this SUV and I didn't before I walked in the lot. Our salesman, Cody Kidd, was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. The finance guy, Jay, was great. He was very gregarious and seemed genuinely interested in what we had to say. I didn't feel pressured. Very pleasurable experience.
We were very happy with our recent purchase (2017 Highlander LEX) at Sparks Toyota. Todd Blackwell was very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. We didn't feel pressured, which encouraged us to make our decision then. Of course, this being our fifth Toyota, we really knew up front what we wanted when we walked through the door. We are certainly hoping that our follow-up visits continue to validate our positive experience.
We went to Sparks Toyota and worked with Terry Marcum on a deal for a 2017 Toyota 4 Runner Limited. We left with it and couldn't be happier. Two months later we came back and purchased our second Vehicle from Terry Marcum, a 2017 Toyota Tundra limited and I'm loving it !!!
