The service Dept is very efficient! I came in for a recall on my 2016 RAV4 . I have my maintenance done there also. Very friendly and helpful.
It was refreshing having an honest, professional, and courteous salesman like Mike Briglio. There was nothing more he could have done to make it a better experience. I got a great deal and the finance guy was even super personable and honest. Car was filled with gas and detailed nicely when I got out of finance. Mike patiently stuck around to show me how to work the Entune system. Look forward to dealing with this business again in the future.
Yesterday was the first time EVER that I was in and out in 30 minutes. I'm hoping this is a sign they've improved their Customer Service Department.
Thank you all!!! We were traveling from Ohio. Check engine light came on. Sparks helped us transferred ALL our luggage to a rental, diagnosed the problem in less than an hour, fixed the issue, helped us transfer ALL our luggage back to our RAV4, all for less than a routine service diagnosis!!!
