What a great experience! Just purchased my 4th Toyota from Sparks Toyota, I've had 3 Prius's, now onto a RAV 4. I am so excited with my purchase, and couldn't be happier with my choice. I'm loving the new 4yrs/45,000 miles free service program, always had the 2/25,000, so I just may keep this car longer, we will see.... My husband and I just bought a used Kia SUV from Robert. He was very honest and patient with us through the process and helped us get exactly the payment we wanted. He even brought the paperwork to our home for me to sign after my husband explained I had been on a business trip all week. We love our "new" SUV and recommend anyone looking for a car go to Sparks and ask for Robert!
The service department is awesome. Never had a problem with their staff. Very polite and knowledgeable. Love love love them! Never really had a problem with sales either. Been with the same salesman for many years. I can contact him, tell him what I want, and when we meet, he usually has it off to the side and in the color I want (without telling him which color).
