RecommendedMy husband and I just bought a used Kia SUV from Robert. He was very honest and patient with us through the process and helped us get exactly the payment we wanted. He even brought the paperwork to our home for me to sign after my husband explained I had been on a business trip all week. We love our "new" SUV and recommend anyone looking for a car go to Sparks and ask for Robert!
The service department is awesome. Never had a problem with their staff. Very polite and knowledgeable. Love love love them! Never really had a problem with sales either. Been with the same salesman for many years. I can contact him, tell him what I want, and when we meet, he usually has it off to the side and in the color I want (without telling him which color). Just bought a 2017 Highlander! We're very excited. I was driving a 2002 Seabring. I loved that car. John McGuckin was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He explained all the new technology that's available since 2002! Wow, some really cool features. Found a Highlander with the interior & exterior color I asked for. Terry was so incredibly helpful!!! We went to quite a few dealerships shopping for a good, family car and were given a ton of unrealistic expectations. Terry got a solid idea of what we wanted and what was within our means from the get-go and went from there. He didn't show us anything unrealistic so we didn't have to experience all the letdown we'd been experiencing at other dealerships.
