RecommendedIt was refreshing having an honest, professional, and courteous salesman like Mike Briglio. There was nothing more he could have done to make it a better experience. I got a great deal and the finance guy was even super personable and honest. Car was filled with gas and detailed nicely when I got out of finance. Mike patiently stuck around to show me how to work the Entune system. Look forward to dealing with this business again in the future.
Yesterday was the first time EVER that I was in and out in 30 minutes. I'm hoping this is a sign they've improved their Customer Service Department.

Sparks helped us transferred ALL our luggage to a rental, diagnosed the problem in less than an hour, fixed the issue, helped us transfer ALL our luggage back to our RAV4, all for less than a routine service diagnosis!!! Bought our 2016 Tacoma back and January and there was a misunderstanding with some of the maintenence when I went in yesterday for my routine service, long story short the man that sold us our truck took care of us while it was in service.
