Always excellent service on my 2019 Camry. The sales department was also very informative. The only thing I wish you had are brochures for your new cars.

Once again I received excellent service on one of our vehicles. This time it was our 2007 Camry XLE. (84K miles) A simple oil change and lube. Plus they fixed one of my Heat Shields on the exhaust system. They also saved me over $200.00 by repairing one of the Tire Monitors that was causing a slow leak in one of the tires. Other Dealerships would have simply said I would HAVE to replace the Tire Monitor and I would not have know the difference. Thank You. Great service on my Sequoia yesterday. Got an oil change and an A/C tuneup. The service department appeared to be in rush mode so I didn't get through as quickly but overall...very happy.
We were looking at a new Toyota in our own area (close to 100 miles from Lansing). The difference basically came down to Spartan Toyota due to the the extended warranty option and finding out about the pricing of future synthetic oil changes. With Brian's help over the phone and Sierra's help when we actually laid eyes on the vehicle to recognize some of the car features, the overall process went quite smoothly.
