I always feel comfortable at this dealership, so refuse to go anywhere else for service, even when cheaper. The same staff is always there, which also makes me feel like they’re being treated well. It’s nice to see familiar faces!
Service tech talked me out of replacing my 12V battery by having it tested instead, showing it functioning at 100%. Also talked me out of paying for a tire rotation because that would be free at the business from which I had purchased the tires. How refreshing, a business looking out for their customer as opposed to looking out for their bottom line. I’ll definitely be back.
Good service but the reason for the service not so good. Recall after recall. Recalls started within 6 months of purchase. Battery dead at 6 months followed by recall on parts for the front end. Replaced broken hatch handle twice, replaced A/C. Need to replace driver side mirror, makes a sound like gear not engaging. Driver seat seatbelt doesn't retract properly, gets caught in door.
Great job. Timely, done when said, and a clean car to boot. Service has always been done well on all my previous Toyota's. Thanks.
