Excellent Service.I drove in and Terry M made sure my Excellent Service. I drove in and Terry M made sure my vehicle was taken care of promptly. I noticed a rattle underneath right before I came in. So that was taken care of as well as my regular service. (Oil Change, Lube, Filters, etc)
Easy process. Everyone was on time, explained things clearly, and answered our questions. We especially appreciated Sierra taking time with us to explain how various features on the new car worked before we drove it home.
Explained service I was having, very professional, timely. Deducted star because I asked them to remove previous stickers from windshield. They did that but left glue residue.
Got in and out of there when I was told my car would be ready to go. Will be back soon for my scheduled time.

Online scheduling was not a good experience, it kept changing to no available times when selecting from the 3 options for "not wait", "rental", and "shuttle" in the transportation options. Once at the dealership, everything was awesome and fast though. :)
I was greeted by a pleasant service rep who guided me through a smooth sign in. Customer lounge was clean and comfortable. Wait time was short. Appreciated the van wash. The service was thorough. Had a pleasant send off
Very quick service on a vehicle needing a tow to the dealership -- back up and running before the end of the day (and a clear explanation for what caused the issue in the first place). Very professional and courteous Service Staff (on the phone and in person), and a reasonable price for the work (I called around afterwards to check on the gong rate :-)
