He was resprctful, friendly and explained what was done to my car. Got me out quickly.

He knew exactly what the problem was. He noted I had the car in June and didn’t have a problem then. It was the battery. The shop had never replaced the battery before. I said go ahead of course. He took me to the lobby and the battery was changed immediately, within 25 minutes. He was kind and pleasant. He remembered me from before and recognized my name.
